Lilac Icing Roses Wedding Cake Topper

Roses were one of the first icing flowers I was taught to make. Even though I've made hundreds by now I still cant believe how realistic they look.

My very first attempt at a wedding cake and icing roses. I was extremely glad it was such a simple design as I was so nervous. This was a 3 tier fruit cake, with lilac icing roses.
